Booth fee standard:
A. Standard booth: Domestic enterprises: RMB 27,000/9m2; Foreign enterprises: USD 5,000/9m2
(Booth configuration: one fascia board with both Chinese and English characters on a KT board, one negotiation round table, four chairs; one information desk, two chairs; carpet, 220V)
One power outlet and two spotlights.
B. Special booth: Domestic enterprises: 2500 RMB/m2, foreign enterprises: 500 USD/m2 (Indoor raw space, minimum 36m2, no configuration provided, exhibitors can arrange special decoration themselves or entrust the organizing unit to recommend booth construction companies);  
Exhibition rules:
A. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" with the official seal and mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; exhibitors are required to pay the full exhibition fee to the organizing unit by remittance or (Alipay, WeChat) in cash according to the requirements of the payment notice within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract, in order to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please send the bank remittance voucher to the organizer for confirmation; the organizing unit can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the booth fee. If an exhibiting enterprise withdraws from the exhibition after registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizing unit will send the "Exhibition Manual" to the exhibitor. The manual includes relevant information such as exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and item rental. Exhibitors must fill out the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizing unit before the deadline.
C. Principle of booth sequence allocation: "First come, first served, first arranged";
