? Exhibition details:
A. Fill in the Application Form for Exhibition and affix the official seal, then mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; Exhibitors should pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance to the organizer for checking; After receiving the deposit of booth fee, the organizer can confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitors. The balance of the booth fee will be paid before June 10, 2023. You are welcome to pay it in one time; Otherwise, the organizer will be deemed to give up the exhibition, and the exhibitors will withdraw halfway after registration, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes information about exhibits transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, goods rental, etc. The exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the booth with double-sided opening will be charged 20% more;
