（展位配置：一条KT板中英文楣板、洽谈圆桌一张、4把椅子；资料桌一个、椅子两把；地毯、220V

B、特装展位：国内企业:2500元人民币/ m2，国外企业:480USD/m2（室内光地36m2 起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）；

参展细则：
A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或扫描至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于5个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置，参展费用汇出后,请将银行汇款单传真至组织单位便于查收；主办单位收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定展位。展位费的余额于2023年6月10日前付清，欢迎一次性付清；否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。
B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。
C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”，双面开口展位加收20%费用；

? Exhibition details:
A. Fill in the Application Form for Exhibition and affix the official seal, then mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; Exhibitors should pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance to the organizer for checking; After receiving the deposit of booth fee, the organizer can confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitors. The balance of the booth fee will be paid before June 10, 2023. You are welcome to pay it in one time; Otherwise, the organizer will be deemed to give up the exhibition, and the exhibitors will withdraw halfway after registration, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes information about exhibits transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, goods rental, etc. The exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the booth with double-sided opening will be charged 20% more;
