A. Standard booth: 3 * 3=9m2 RMB 2800/m2 Foreign enterprises: 520USD/m2

B. Special booth: domestic enterprises: 2500 yuan/m2, foreign enterprises: 480 USD/m2 (the indoor bare space starts from 36m2, and no configuration is provided. The exhibitors can arrange special decoration or entrust the organization unit to recommend booth construction companies);

❅ Exhibition rules:

A. Fill in the Exhibition Application Form, affix the official seal and mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference; The exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to confirm the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance form to the organizer for checking; After receiving the deposit of booth fee, the organizer can confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitors. The balance of booth fee shall be paid before August 28, 2022. You are welcome to pay it in lump sum; Otherwise, the organizer will consider that it has given up participating in the exhibition, and the exhibitor will not return the exhibition fee if he/she withdraws halfway after registration.

B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes information about the transportation of exhibits, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and rental of goods. Exhibitors must fill in relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.

C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "first application, first remittance, first arrangement", and 20% additional fees will be charged for double sided booths;
